Comment MMA a piqué 350 M€ à ses assurés
La réalité plus forte que l'imagination... L'assureur MMA aurait-il piqué "350 millions à ses clients"? C'est ce qu'affirme le Canard Enchainé, dans son édition du mercredi 27 septembre 2017. Une accusation appuyée par un document censé être "strictement confidentiel" et destiné uniquement au comité exécutif de MMA, soit les dirigeants les plus hauts placés de l'assurance, mais que l'hebdomadaire a réussi à se procurer. Selon ce document, daté du 9 mai 2011, plusieurs millions de sociétaires de MMA auraient souscrit, à leur insu, un emprunt que MMA leur aurait imposé pour constituer un "fonds social complémentaire". Autre problème, le prêt n'a jamais été remboursé à la grande majorité des souscrivants, avance le Canard. La dette à l'égard des sociétaires serait estimée à 260 millions...
