Départ d’incendie sur malfaçon
C’est l’automne et on recommence à chauffer un peu, parfois par un bon feu de cheminée. Dans le cas présent, ce feu à généré un incendie.
Pourquoi ? La charpente bois de la maison a été posée sans respect des DTU (normes de construction) imposant un écart au feu de 8 cm entre la cheminée et tout matériau inflamable
